Vegans of Instagram

I became a vegan for animal rights, but after I went vegan I became more aware of how my choices effect the environment. It may not seem like a big deal in the moment, but in time it will.

I rarely drive. I bike everywhere. I bring reusable bags and a coffee cup with me wherever I go. They’re small changes, but they have an impact. Every vegan meal you eat saves lives. It matters. By no means am I perfect, but the difference between someone like myself and the person who criticizes me, is that while I might fall short of being that perfect vegan/humanitarian/environmentalist at least I’m doing something, and I make more of an impact standing next to someone who doesn’t even try.
