You’d think after a decade of being a vegan people would stop second guessing my health. It wasn’t protein this time. It was my calcium intake. Good lord. Those dairy farmers have REALLY good PR. I am not going to get osteoporosis because I don’t drink cow’s milk. In fact, some of the best sources of calcium are plant based. Kale does a body good. #vegansofig
